Briefly explain the trade: Trade was for 1m RS07 gold for $15 with paypal. I asked to see the gp in game before I sent the money, he showed 1200k at the Varrock east bank in W1. I sent the money, shortly after it showed on my screen that it was sent, he logged off and said he gave me the money on his thread.

How they scammed: They acknowledged they received the money and did not trade me any gp. They logged off and claimed they gave it to me.
