    TheDictato trying to scam.
    Alright, so I see someone selling pins, he said he was willing to use an official middleman, so I ask him on msn if he can sell me one via MM. He says I have to pay the fees, I say alright, and realizing he can't scam me, blocks me. If I can't get him banned, give him a TWC?
