Hey there,

Unfortunately the system does not allow me to save any changes on your account because of the special characters in your username.

Can you please provide a new Sythe username similar to the one you currently have so that I can change your name and remove the 2FA? Thanks!

an example would be Richh or RRich

[Richh]

been working with Gen to get my -R-I-C-H- unlocked

Richh is fine with me, Thanks gen

Rich.

Thanks,

I've changed the name and removed your 2FA.
