"let me oh" is a scammer

i contacted him about the 3 character gamertags that he was selling in a thread which is now titled "-" and is no longer accepting replies. I told him to message me on kik with a post in the thread and he did. i bought 2 three characters from him no problem then about a day later i went to buy another 3 character and he offered a 2 letter gamertag "hj" for $200 i said i would give him my gamertag and $90 and he accepted, after i paid him through paypal and changed my gamertag so he could take it he started to be slow at responding and eventually stopped completely.

Unfortunately without some proof that's actually him, there's nothing we can do. Screenshots from a Kik chat with no context, no proof it's him, etc do nothing for us.
