Stats i need on a brand new level 3 character:

• 94 Magic
• 70 Ranged
• 75 Defense
• 70 Dungeoneering
• 73 Mining

I would like hp levels to be gained as well!

i never said i wanted 10hp on the account. its just an extra skill that gets leveled, its not necessarily a combat skill like attack/str
