Reporting DuelGP Stall Tactics Paying out $7700

Explanation of the trade: Cashed in, won $9700 when I opened a ticket to withdraw 9700 Jake told me they only have $2000 which is less than I deposited. I withdrew the $2000 then checked the address that funded the $2000 as it was a cold wallet and it had $5400 more in it, when I opened another cashout for $4700 they told me they still have no LTC but the $5k+ in the address that paid me the last one is still there.

How they scammed: They keep cancelling my cashout request and tell me to make it again in 5 hours. This is obviously stalling me trying to keep me betting because they wont just leave my ticket open for a cashier to do it.

This is the 3rd time this has happened

It's not fair they can probably just pay this and everything closed they do this to me and I am sure a lot of other people also

The wallet that sent his wallet the LTC came from Lh46SBsjFBX63U3Tu13SnGoeJgycYRxGQC which was funded by the LTC I deposited Screenshot - 45e549c36995504c334e25418ddf2fa8 - Gyazo So this is a blatant lie, they received my ltc deposit to address, sent it to the Lh46SBsjFBX63U3Tu13SnGoeJgycYRxGQC address then sent all that ltc to the cashiers wallet LMvpoPerY11RZbbwywQAJ35SjCiYEMLeMS (which was previously used to cash me out the 2k)

So the wallet he sent from 100% is not his personal wallet unless he is the owner

Yes I got paid out but they kept trying to cancel my tickets for hours and telling me to come back, jake saying the ltc he had was not the websites, even when the owner came on that LTC jake didn't send me saying it was his personal was what funded the cashout so it was definitely a lie to hold me to keep gambling when they had it ready.

 

Workers only have access to money in hot wallets which are set to limits, when they go over a limit they overage is put into cold storage, for security we hold a large % in cold storage.
We had a large influx of withdraws around that time.
Jake instantly paid out what he had on hand, and the rest was covered when Dave woke up to refill the wallets.
Jake told you a rough estimate as to when Dave would be on the process this and your withdraw was finalized promptly upon him getting up.

For reference we actively lose money on gold withdraws as we would prefer to lose money to keep the customer happy.

Per the closing of tickets, if you were told it would be finalized in about 5 hours and opening loads of tickets well within that time frame, I'm not sure what you want to hear? You already had the answer.

We have been working a few major updates and apart of those we will also be bringing on a few more managers to bridge the gap in timezones.
They will have access to a larger reserve which should help mitigate problems like this.

 

Jake had $7000 in his wallet when cashing me out 2000 there was other transactions going out for other withdraws after my transaction it wasn't for 5 hours till dave got on that wallet emptied out.. there is no limit/overage and put into a cold storage, the blockchain doesn't lie..The crypto that that 7000 originated from included my deposits (so jake lied that it was his personal money) LIE AND DELAY

When Dave came on, the remaining $5000 was sent to another wallet to pay me the remaining 7700

And for closing the tickets you kept cancelling it and avoided giving me that other 5000 because you knew there would be a likelihood I kept gambling, you done it in the past before and I lost it just this time I kept track of everything..if I ask you to hold the ticket so I don't lose it that's what you should do, not keep cancelling it (JUST LET HIM LOSE IT HE DID IT LAST TIME)

The crypto networks dont lie you can see every transaction, what there was and what there has been and where it came from
