Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : During MMing for Quits and Alevar, Quits asked if he could send Alevar 1$ to see if he can receive money, and to confirm Alevar received it, he posted Quits PP email. I then searched the email on Google and found this. Buying loco pk
