Quite complicated. (Be owned)

Ok lets start with who this is about:

The story:
I was selling a revx super donor account for cheaper then the regular price, simply because i was tired of being on the server. thread found here:

He asked me for my skype details and was smart enough to not add me with his skype used on sythe but another one:

He added me with a skype: max.ddoser as shown in following picture, his skype name on sythe is max.krent so it's already quite obvious.

you see him asking to verify the account ingame, i told him my display name only.(whymadmate).

All of a sudden he could tell me what my login name was while i had my private chat to off. (via the admin of the server i suppose). http://i.imgur.com/YZ4WhLd.png

This was followed by me being teleported to the admin and him banning me.

Then this was followed by me being ddos'd since the server is full of those people, been there done that so i suppose by be owned or even beatz(the admin).

I then went along to tell him ddos me more on skype when i came back online followed by will do.

Asked a friend of mine if he knew what to do since skype's didn't match, he said he knew a skype resolver, with the following result:

Ofcourse he might've been smart enough to use a vpn, not sure ofcourse.

Did some more research on the guy incase this wasn't enough and found out the following:

He is a banned member on a runescape phishing site, skype is listed there + sig carries the name be owned:
