Explanation of the trade: First of all, incase Pirate reads this report i am not causing drama only reporting this on behalf of CesarMateo.
In August of 2021 Cesar Mateo was looking for work and i introduced QQ and him to one another and offered to pay Cesar's 300m deposit on his behalf because he had been without work for a significant amount of time and needed to make money, QQ TOS where sent to Cesar. Cesar agreed in Discord and posted here on Sythe as well QUICKQUESTING IS HIRING AIO SERVICE WORKERS!. I confirmed 1 more time with Cesar and then paid the 300m deposit to QQ.
Things went over fairly well and smooth until QQ ban on Sythe in October...by this time Cesar had grown his own clients based on referrals and had actually asked me to relay to QQ to step down from his server after the ban, then a few weeks later ended up asking me to get the deposit back because Cesar had wanted to primarily work his own client he had gotten. I messaged QQ November.12th and relayed that in 7 days i would be expecting the 300m deposit back, where i was ignored for the most part because his irl friend was around and they where playing MineCraft....to my surprise we woke up on the 19th to QQ has blocked both Cesar and i, deleted his website and has also deleted his discord server without returning anything.
How they scammed: Stole a 300m/$138.00 deposit valued at .46/m at the time of payment

Throughout the months dealing with QQ he seemed to be a straight shooter most of the time so i never saw real concern in regards of an exit scam, i also explained if times were hard on him since he only has a part time job that we could work out some sort of payment plan as Cesar actually relies on services as his only source of income.
I do have QQ name which was supplied to me by him during a conversation about FaceBook advertising, if staff deem it reasonable to post as a caution for others as QQ does trade a lot on Facebook.

 

I can confirm QuickQuesting has blocked me and has no returned my deposit and i've asked Puff to help me because i don't know english other than a translator and i did not want to mess up.

I would also like to say i agreed to his old TOS where he stated the deposit is returned within 7 days.
