That is not enough proof unfortunately Are you sure there isn't anything else you can show me?

Perhaps a PM between you 2 where he states his MSN and that he wants to sell you an upgrade? A post on your thread? Even more screenshots of the MSN conversation including him acknowledging that he was received the gold and where he sends you the upgrade code?

Without enough proof I can't do anything about it mate. I'm sorry.
