What would be the quickest way to donate via paypal? I can buy gp to donate but who do i contact directly to actually donate it? Thanks!

Ahh ok because then if it works out people can donate on a ban evading account, the bond holder can counter-scam it and their donation would go towards an "unrelated scam victim".
