    Quick rule change
    As far as I am aware, the "you may not promise/require a vouch" rule is derived from this sticky here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=508482

    Yet in the rules on Sythe it is not mentioned. Rather than base this rule off some isolated sticky in that section, simply add it into the rules (for example into the 1 infraction category if you require/offer a vouch as currency).
