Terms of Service:

• My workers and I have the right to refuse any service.
• When the full amount required for the service has been paid, the service will start - NEVER pay workers. All payment goes to myself (TerabyteArt), the workers will be paid upon completion of the service.
• We will NEVER go first.
• You must have the required items/materials on your account for the service - we will not acquire these for you.
• You will create a temporary password for us to use during the service.
• You will NOT log in during the service, unless given permission to do so.
• We will NOT be held responsible for any bans/termination of your account, and will NOT offer a refund if our service results in this, however all precautions will be taken to minimize the risk of this.
• After the service has been completed you will leave feedback on both my(TerabyteArt) and the Workers account and vouch for the service.
• My workers and I have the right to stop the service at any time; you will be given a refund - Value depending on how much of the requested service is incomplete.
• Note: if TOS are broken the service will be terminated WITHOUT a refund

Workers' Terms of Service:​

• You must give bump this thread at least once or twice a day.
• When receiving a customer, you will ask them to post on this thread using the Order Form below and ask them to fill it out so we can keep track of orders.
• All orders must first go through TerabyteArt before you start the service so that I am aware of what is going on and kept up to date.
• You agree to me holding the payment until the service has been completed, upon which you will receive your payment.
• You have the right to deny any service which you feel you cannot do/complete, if you cannot complete a service you will receive payment for what you have completed.
• Any bans/mutes/rollbacks on the account that the service was done on are not accountable by myself or my workers.
• If the customer has explicitly told you that they are leaving money on the account to buy supplies, you may use it.
• After completing the service, you must give the customer feedback and they must in turn give you feedback for your service, as well as vouching on our thread.
• I have the right to kick anyone from my service for acts of misdemeanour or violating the Workers' ToS WITHOUT refund of the entrance fee.
• Once ONE order has been completed, only 50% of the entrance fee will be refundable. If you have been kicked from this service, you will receive no refund at all.
• If you have a scam report filed against you, you will automatically be fired for the period in which the accusation is still against you until you have been proven innocent.
• When given an order, you must complete it in the given time!
• All terms must be agreed upon joining the service.
