Quick question for the Runescape Section Mods

[nuke4russia]

Hey, one quick question...

Are we allowed to advertise our runescape clans here? Because I just started a new clan and I want to get some new members from Sythe because we can talk about what we want(Botting, etc...)

Thanks in advance,
Nuke
