PlayerAuctions?

I recently was mid-way through a trade using PlayerAuctions and my account was suspended. The payment I was sending was then stopped and I was told I would get refunded Within 3 days. They claim they never made any holds on their part, but the payment in Paypal is still pending. I have contacted their 24/7 live chat and they keep telling me to wait 24 hours, or that Paypal is holding it, but i contacted Paypal and they have told me otherwise. It has been 5 days since the trade.

Anyone got any ideas why its taking so long?
