Few questions about RS3

So im looking to get into RS to make a bit of money, only £10 a week to pay for small fees i have i really need the money ;\

1. is rs3 or 07 the best one to make this money? Im probably going to start on one account but im willing to put 14hrs a day in if anyone wants to help out ill repay you once i make the money

Do i need to be a certain level to make my money?
Is there any guides out there for certain levels?

Im a total nab i played for like a month when i was 14 but forgot everything

PM me id happily give you a cut of every bit of gold i sell if you help me out from the basics

easy money for you once i get started because you do nothing and ill put everything into it would love to team with someone and do some business, ill do all the selling etc and cover fees for us both
