Different paths

There are three current different paths I can take right now with my 1 defence pure:


A. One Defence Pure (All money will be made/drained on PKing)
B. Zerker (45-55) Pure (Similar to 1 Def Pure - yet more PvM options)
C. Barrows Pure (Basically will see wilderness here and there, but more PvM/Goal-Oriented account)

Your guys opinions really matter to me! Thanks for any and all future input.

 

I'd personally make it a gmaul pure, and then if you get bored change it into a zerker, that way you've got a choice for a later date. There's no point rushing in to a defence decision if you're not sure because it can bite you if you don't like it.

 

I would go G maul as well, it is always nice to have the option

 

Start off as a 1 def, if you get bored off it, move to zerker.

 

I'm focusing on being a one defence pure, but it is an almost eminent reality that this account will end up being a zerker or tank.

 

contrary to what many people believe one defence pures don't make much off pking. The most people are willing to risk is about 100k(their d scim.)

Personally zerkers or barrows pures are more fun in my eyes. You've got many more things you can do that one defence can't do.

(get barrows gloves, lunars, access to just about every/if not all armor / weapons in the game.)

It's all up to you though. Do what makes the game more enjoyable

 

I think you need to look in to it abit deeper, just because you're 1 defence doesnt mean all your money will be made/spent pking you can still skill and effectively pvm flicking prayers even barrows runs using ancients don't feel you 'have' to train def to enjoy other parts of the game

 

I suppose this is true however, anyone with an account above 45 defence will shit on you because they'll almost if not always hit you.

So the point of a 1 defence pure is really just pking imo.

 

Yeah, a pure is a creation just for PKing. No other purpose in Runescape does a pure hold.

 

Barrows pure tbh, you can do just about everything you want to on rs, and can make money a lot easier. PvM can be fun in a clan, and dh pking is VERY profitable, where as the only way to really make profit as a gmaul/zerker is riskfights, which your opponents will usually tele from.
