Hello, Divided Nation here with a quick discussion.

I will shortly be going for my first partyhat as I have the coins... Yet each partyhat cost over 1bil street price! How do I obtain fast street cash to earn my first partyhat?​

Feel free to give your methods, or open discussion.​

 

Well this may not answer your question, but people occasionally get a phat by sniping it when the G.E updates. I'm not sure if this still works, but try looking for a guide on sniping and you can get it for the G.E price.

 

You could always buy one on the market here or like ^ said, use a G.E. sniper bot

 

Buy it for rsgp + paypal.

 

Each Party Hat costs too much in street value for just pure cash to buy. You can buy it off the market here for trade price and real life money, try sniping it off the GE, or work your way up and trade street-valued rares until you can get your Party hat. Good luck

The G.E. price of a phat is over 500mil for most of them. And the street price is 1-3bil.

 

The street price is 1-6B^

 

Try to get "tokken items" and trade up, have no idea what there prices are though (looking half wines...that stuff)

Phats range in street from 1.4B to 7B. Unless you want to spend all your time in W2 or on the disc. items forum working your way up for months, do yourself the favor and get your hat from the markets here. Otherwise, you will need to start by purchasing edibles, and working your way up in street value, which is difficult to do against pros who have done it for years.

Getting a job and using real cash to buy phat is much faster and easier then spending months working your way up to a phat.

Plznate is a pro on rares, so he knows what he's saying. Practically speaking, your only real bet is to buy one on Sythe. $100 for an extra 800m+++++++++ is a pretty good price.

 

I had this same problem several months ago.

Figured out that Sything the cash would be considerably faster than making legit geepee in Runescape is. Got myself a yellow (~$200 spent, total) using only unverified paypal. It's doable, and still easier than using w2 or rs forums.

I suggest you try it even if you don't have access to a verified paypal/income source.

 

There are 2 ways, first you can just buy the phat for some irl cash and trade price in game. That seems to be the easiest. If your not going to user irl cash then you have to get pumpkins and other rares that people like to trade up to get a phat eventually.
