If your service provider find themself running close to our potentially over this guarantee they will inform you as soon as possible as well as offer a discount on the total price if that guarantee is passed. The amount will depend on the different circumstances as well as the length of the delay and the nature of the order. We hope to never find our workers passing this guarantee as all are highly skilled and experience, but as humans we understand that eventually it might happen. We also hope you show some understanding too.
