Questions: Best Melee Training Area? | Bossing | Minimum Jad Reqs?

So I actually have a few questions here but this is my main question:
I can't really afford the prayer potions for NMZ, so I was wondering what my next best option is?
I'm looking to focus on Strength right now. (Currently a bit below 70 strength, training with a Saradomin Sword)
I have 70 Attack and 75 Defence, so I'm a bit below 90 combat, meaning I can't kill insanely high-level monsters.

Question #2
I have low range/mage levels. Is there any boss I would be able to do with a friend or two? If not, is there anything you'd recommend me killing for some decent GP?

Question #3
I'm interested in going for a fire cape. What levels would you recommend me getting before attempting Jad? What armour/weapons/food/potions would you recommend?

#1 -- You could just train at a normal, slower, less AFK-able place like everyone else used to do before NMZ.. Maybe Yaks or Experiments?

#2 -- At 70/70/70 you could do Giant Mole and probably some of the other, older bosses pretty effectively.

#3 -- You need 40 prayer and at least 50 range (from what I've seen on most of the YT lowest level players doing it).. I'm sure a quick google search would find a guide on best setups and best items etc.

 

For fire cape you need 43 prayer as a must. As for range level, I have seen people as low as 43 range do it

 

You could even melee fight caves if you're skillful enough

 

train with guthans at nmz or use absorb potions and u wont need pray pots

Get a rockcake (RFD subquest, very easy to get)

NMZ:
-Use absorbs / overloads.
-Rockcake down to 51Hp, then drink an overload, and a few absorbs.
-Flick your "rapid heal" prayer every 30 seconds, so you stay at 1hp

(how absorbs work are, whatever they hit on you, it takes that off your absorbs, so you want your HP to stay at 1, so they can only hit 1, however the absorbs take the damage, and you take no damage)

 

nmz to train combat up, and 70 range for jad

 

Do NMZ, and then start using absorption potions (so it's free). You should make money back with herb boxes/absorption potions back
