Questions about security in PP

Hi, I've joined this site recently and I thought I was being careful, but I guess not enough I've been scammed 3 times already, without a single successful trade =/.

I have a couple of questions about chargebacks on paypal.

1.If the money comes from any source other than CC/debit I should be 100% fine as long as they put a claim and cancel note in the payment?

2.Should I ask them to file a dispute and file unauthorized payment then cancel both just to be safe, or is it unecessary?

3. I realize now that CC/debit payments can be claimed back through unauthorized payment claim, but if I make them cancel both a dispute and an unauthorized payment claim, would it be then be 100% safe to accept the CC payment?

They can ALWAYS get the money back if it's with a cc so make sure it's bank funded and have them claim and cancel and you should be fine.

 

yeah. but be careful cuz when its claim/canceled some people still manage to get your money back. mostly just trade with caution
