    My Fitness Thread

    Hello guys,

    I've been working-out for 2 years now on and off, I started when I actually lost a lot of weight and I had to gain muscles as I looked like a fag.

    I graduated three weeks ago and I figured out that this was my time to step-up my game. Getting results in the gym is so much more than just busting the gym every now and then, it actually is a life style. Food has to be just right, training can't be off and you've to have a good amount of sleep.

    So well: Here's a picture from when I first started off working out (+/- 2 years ago).

    As I'm not going to post pictures of every month that I've been working out I will post the picture from after graduation ( a lot of partying, alcohol, fast food was involved in that period)

    Gym is great to keep in shape also for health and body shape that looks athletic
