What is the BEST type of Range/Obby mauler?

Title is all. Note, not a person.

Would it be like
1-99-1-70?

Or what

 

With those stats you will be 53 combat.
You can get 1 more range lvl with leveling, but if your going to pk just keep it at 70. But besides that if you don't get 31 prayer thats the best range/obby mauler.

 

why would you make an obby mauler?

i agree they can hit awesome but the problem is that in general people who fight in low lvl crater or in hte pvp have 1 item and item protect so you won't get anything.
