Best Outfit/Spot For Training Attack

Hi Sythers!

I'm currently looking to get 99 attack

Atm, i'm training Bandits... It's alright, but
1) I'm getting hit pretty often
2) Is it the best experience?

If anyone could hit me up with the best outfit for training (defence bonuses etc) or an even better spot for training, i'd love to know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Full Bandos with either a Whip or Godsword.

- Spiders in stronghold
- Ghouls (40-50 gold charms an hour)
- Armored Zombies

 

No, not godsword, don't use that it's very slow.
Ghouls are crowded. But try spiders/armored zombies, i'm not sure if you're legiting or botting though.

Hey, Alkharid warriors (54) (bandits), are good tho!

 

As a pure with 43 prayer I suggest bandits, (I know you said you train there) but use protect from melee and train with a high prayer bonus. Use super sets, and go to the west building where theres 20 of them attacking you. around 60k xp an hour.

 

armore zombies is best spot

 

living rock creatures are decent xp as well. I got around 80-100k xp per hour training def there.

 

Well to train you'll most likely want this setup:
Bandos Chest, Bandos Tassets, Abyssal Whip, Amulet of Fury, Berserker Ring (imbued if possible), Dragon Boots, any helmet you want, usually neitznot is the most versatile, then either a dragon defender or DragonFire shield. If what you're training hits often use the DFS, if not then use the dragon defender, as it will speed up training.

Location wise its really whether you are interested in drops or not. Bandits honestly are good exp but armored zombies give 100k/hr and good exp because you can recharge prayer at anytime, allowing you to use piety or turmoil.

 

The spiders in the stronghold of security is what I used to get 99att/str/def can't go wrong there

 

Full guthans at bandits is pretty good. Or the monkey guards in ape atoll.

 

I remember dharoking them back in the day. fun times

on my pure i use god robes,d scim to do str,i average 72k at ankous...i would reccomend tryin bandos or torags,whip.
