Player Auctions Buying Accounts - HELP!

I want to buy a maxed account, something along the lines of all 99's and decent Dungeoneering level. Prices on PA are decent from what I have seen other than Gold4fun or other websites that I have read that scam. When it comes to PlayerAuctions there support is pretty useless, IMO, they just try to avoid giving it back to you or will try to send you on your merry way with you e-mailing them a HUGE questionnaire and sometimes you STILL loose the account & money. I know if you buy insurance they can replace the account, I believe. The way things are the guy can just take it back a few days later and I'm screwed.

What do you recommend I do?

 

Buying an account from a very trusted user on here is the best way to go. I bought an account on PA with insurance once and when it was recovered they wanted proof that was nearly impossible to get unless I bought the account from a retard that doesn't mind incriminating his self.

I honestly need more info but appreciate this and I kinda feel the same way about buying from them, they are useless from what I have researched...

Personally, the only place id recommend buying an account is here, from Video's account store.

 

I would never buy an account on PA. Even though there is insurance that does not stop the original owner for recovering the account. In the end yeah you may get reimbursed with a new PA account or credit but you lost precious time.

 

I'd recommend buying an account off video if you plan on buying on here or just check around the account section to find someone trusted.

 

As others have said, the best thing to do is to find a trusted user on here and buy an account from them.

I got a PM from him with an account that may interest me, but he doesn't look as trusted as some people here.

Using an OMM or anything during the trade, puts him at no risk since he isn't really loosing anything if he recovers.

I don't even plan to put GP on an account I buy anyways, whats your guys thought on this offer?

 

An OMM can't protect you in the case of a recovery they simply just act as the middleman who holds the funds or holds the account. You could try getting a recovery test done by an OMM but its extremely difficult to get a successful recovery test done if the IPs differ widely.

 

Yeah exactly my point, so for people suggesting to buy account to me from here or PA...I think the risk is equal.

I honestly don't know if to buy from PA, he doesn't even offer an insurance offer.

You could always try checking on quotes for getting your account leveled to the potential you want it to be.
