Question regarding Stress test Key

I've recently received a stress test key for ESO, however i know for a fact that my 8 year old computer won't be able to run this stress test, and i also have no interest in it now as i've seen more than enough footage of the game to sort of cause my interest to drop.

Is it against the rules for me to attempt to trade this stress test key (stress test is 10th til 12th of this month) for rs bonds? I'm not sure how many it's worth, if it's worth even at least one, but i figured i best ask here before trying to go with a sale.
