are you aloud to sell phishing sites that will phish runescape accounts on this site?

 

no since it's scamming, read the rules

 

its not techincally scamming if im selling it legit and its for runescape not sythe..

 

it's still scamming since you scam a user on his/her runescape acc...
it's against the rules, live with it...

No. Phishing is counted as scamming, and if you are providing the phish, you are as bad as the scammer himself.
