Lost 2FA Information

Today I got a new phone and saved everything but my 2 Factor Authentications. I don't remember saving the code to fix this issue so I need a staff member to help.

Typically we ask users to follow http://www.sythe.org/account-recovery-creation/1953721-2fa-removal-process.html in order to get their 2FA removed, but it seems you are nor a donor nor a SVU member. If you remember your recovery phrase, you could probably get the 2FA removed.
