It fixes the Inet Control Too. Thats not all but i cant list em all.

L = Learning Edition
P = Professional Edition
E = Enterprise Edition

Both of those downloads are unofficial. Downloading this won't fix anything. Those are just common controls vb programmers use. Its not an actual fix. However, if your computer is missing some of those then you should get them.
