I always see when new people post a account for sale...
and dont have all the info..
the people always say Jagex cannot access Syth.org..

How is this?

 

If jagex access this site, It breaches their rules.

 

Sythe Terms of Service state that a member of Jagex staff or affiliated with Jagex cannot view our site.

 

Cant be, Might jagex staff's friend told to jagex then find out and Sue this website.

 

I think this is highly unlikely. Anyhow you mind as well just continue to play it safe so that you don't have the chance to get caught if something like that does ever happen.

 

They can't sue Sythe. He's not breaking any laws. The only thing he's offending is Jagex's game code. That's not the law.

 

I think I've said this before....

It's a market site, people can post what they're selling however sythe himself isn't selling anything.

Also, Jagex isn't international law...Their terms of service allow them to ban you, however.

Also, despite the fact you think jagex is some secret organization out to get sythe, they have no intention of dedicating tons of resources to go through TONS of accounts listed.

Not to mention, they can get the account name, etc..but what does that mean? If one posts a picture on another site, and someone else steals that picture and claims it as his and that he is selling it, does that mean they can ban him? No.

Case closed

 

Jagex cant sue this site because they need evidence first hand and they arent allowed to enter the site to retrieve the evidence, for all they know this could be a porn site because they cant enter
