[Question] Function GetPage Error

I'm trying to get SCAR to keep an open connection to a website and tell me if the value of a certain string within the page changes. Problem is I get this error:

Code:

IOHandler value is not valid

I think it could be that I'm trying to access a page that is secure ("https://...") and I don't think SCAR has the support to decode/decrypt information such as this. If this is the case then I guess I'll have to find other methods of keeping track of what I need to keep track of.
If this is not the problem then what is the setup in order to make this procedure work?

What exactly is the Function GetPage supposed to return? The HTML source page | OR | the plain text form of the text you copy and paste from the website | OR | something else???

 

Apparently, it returns the HTML source. I actually thought it was the regular, visible text until now. . . You could have tested it yourself
