Fifa UT scammer!

guys there is a user on here:

who is not replying to me on here and skype i sent him 200,000 xbox 360 coins and he as meant to send me 15 euros on moneybookers, but he said "oh ive reached my limit ill have to send it to you in 3 days" and still no reply.... what can i do about this has this guy scammed you too???

My skype was compromised a few weeks ago, I have tried discussing with him on skype as he just messaged me about this. I have attempted to be reasonable and say if he can provide sufficient proof then I am happy to reimburse some of the coins and
then he hit me with this little tid-bit.

I actually felt sorry for him and was gonna reimburse him until he told me that,

 

Even if it's true what your saying even then I think that you need to repay him.

 

I don't currently have any stock, apart from my team I am using. For me to be considering it to begin with I think was nice enough.

I asked for evidence so I know he isn't some chancer, then he tells me that he is a scammer.

If he provides me with solid evidence then I will see what I can do for him. I agree that my skype being compromised was not his fault, neither was it mine, it is not fair that he got scammed (if this is true) and I will see what I can come up with.
