I was just wondering how? As I may be swapping a account with another user

 

The mm would receive the info of one of the accounts. Change the registered email to his (the mm's) then change the password. Verify everything on the account is as advertised (stats/items/quests/whatever was advertised and discussed). Once the mm verifies all is well with the account he's holding, he will tell the other party with the other account to hand it to the party whos account is being held by the mm. After that person has sole ownership of the account (changed register email address/pass/the whole 9 yards), the mm will release the account hes holding to the other party.
