Looking for a GFX tutor, will pay well!

Looking for someone to tutor me some gfx, i want to know how to make cool signatures, thread layouts and images. I also need some tutoring on where to find resources, and what resources and programs i need.

I currently have gimp on my computer, so if anyone has good knowledge on this it would be great! I will pay well for tutoring, a negotiable hourly rate would be preferable. Tutor must be patient as i have used gimp but i'm by no means 'good' at it.

Tutoring via skype is also preferable!
