MW3 PS3 Game Battles Team - Need Members/Tips

Hello everyone, i'm looking into starting a team of my own, and getting sponsors + Playing some game battles and enjoying CoD.

But 1st i need to figure out how to go about recruting people to play online on a team, the team will consist of 6 Team Players, that will be part of the game battles team, but ill also recruit for any quick scopers to make videos and what not. With that said i'de also need a few video edditors...

With that said if there is anyone that knows how to start a game battles team, good at mannaging a team, or has wanted to join a serious team then please post here or get in contact with me, because i'm really trying to get into CoD more and i think it would be really awesome to get a GREAT team going and move up in the GB brackets, so for now post here if you would like to join/tryout/help because i'm going to need alot of help

Currently working on getting a logo made for the team, and a few other things on how to make all the things we would need as a team such as a youtube page, ect. but someone could allways be incharge of that.

PSN: Define-My-Skill

To join the team, you will have to be able to have/do the following things:
-Headset/mic
-Skype
-Trusted
-Mature
-Ready to help be part of a team
-Be able to make calls on maps (official map calls) EX: "Nade over to (vending machines)" or other detailed calls that would be used in a MLG event.
-Plenty of time to strat. and other clan related things.
-Must be more than good at Search & Destroy

How the team will be devided into "Classes"
Scope x1 (someone thats AMAZING with a scope, [Hardscoping] Getting the kill)
Assult's X3 (Someone with amazing accuracy with an assult rifle)
Sub's x2 (Me + 1 other thats good at rushing more twards the middle of the map to controll certian points, and keep them held down)

Depending on the map we can switch between a sub/assult.

If you haven't already, try visiting hupitgaming.com and use there sharing gamertags feature. It's an easy way to find a ton of strong players who would be interested in joining a gb/mlg team. There's a filter option so you can find exactly the type of people you are looking for and I'm sure it would be a lot easier to use that to get a team together than Sythe.
