Neopets how to crack an inactive account???

Hey my old neopets account Im trying really hard to get into it but I cant! So does anyone know of a guide on how to find the old password and get into my old account? I dont know the birthday, password OR email only the username.

 

I would assume there is a customer support email of some sort you can contact and request your info or for your account to be reset if you have access to the original email you used to create it.
