Question about signatures

How can I make a link into words in my signature? For exaple how can i make the link (just an example) sythe.org/newthread.php look like NEW POST in my signature. I hope this makes sense, thanks for anyone who can help

Or you can click the "Add link" button, which is located on the menu bar while posting or adding a signature.
