I want to buy bound Tier 10 Dungeon items (Promethium Rapier/Promethium Platebody)

I just don't know where to this at because it is skill-oriented... but also buying oriented and there doesn't seem to be an exact location for this.. ><

I've found that on the busiest dung world there's almost always someone selling smithed weapons in daemonheim
It might be quicker for you to look there, last week someone smithed me a Tier 9 free of charge
