Auto-switching/double click macro for OSRS

I'm looking for a free or cheap macro for auto switching or a double click macro to help with insta gmaul-godsword combinations on oldschool runescape. I have a $5 mouse and it isn't the most responsive thing so 50/50 I double click the special bar and get the combo correct. I need a macro that can double click by binding a key or something. Please post below if you know any or have questions, cheers
