    How to unlock a locked account if possible?
    I think the main i bought from a guy might have been lock. He claims he didn't recover it and the user name doesn't appear on swift kit.

    its just the same way as recovering an account for password but for locked account, you might need to provide more information.

    ok i used the old passwords + where the guy was from + old regestered e-mail
