Sold 510k wow gold, but scammed

So i sold 510k wow gold for 1200 bucks and the guy disputed his money back
i told him to send as a gift, he did
and i woke up this morning to it being gone.

if someone helps me win this dispute ill send them 100 bucks

 

Did you have him add a note saying that he already received his item?

update : Called paypal, he said they "have a reason to believe its an unauthorized payment and its being held. Once they contact the buyer and depending on what they the buyer claims we will either send you back the money or refund it to the buyer"

 

Update us, scammers are no better than common thief's, goodluck

 

Sounds like the buyer possibly used a stolen PayPal.

 

Paypal is having fun with us. There are a LOT of transactions being held by Paypal right now, some of mine included.

 

Bro, open a ticket and say that somebody else had access to your account. Or took it from your guild bank without any say. This happend to my buddy once, luckily he got it back.

PayPal is just a bad excuse for faggots like the guy who rolled back his payment... I hate how people are able to do that, it is such bullshit.

For a Future reference! Please Make the person receiving the goods. To send as gift also to post Leave a message" Received Goods" Their for they cannot claim there money back.

 

But its a very good thing u didn't go on a spending trip. and spend all the money because then your account would be negative 1200$ your lucky u only lost 510k gold,

 

Have you tryed calling them and saying he already recived the item? but sense he sent it as a gift try calling them and say that it was a birthday present and you already had spent the money

That's not true. I've had money charged back from me w/ that note.

 

If you can provide some evidence that you were scammed, ring up PayPal and explain the situation and it may work.

 

tell them its a virtual item that the buyer already received thats all i got ;( hope it helps

 

It is your responsability to check and gather evidence that your buyer is not using a stolen paypal/credit card, also for this big amounts it is of NO GOOD asking to send as a gift. If this is a scam, being a gift will not stop them from charging back and may help them win the dispute. So next time call them for it is worth not loosing 1200$
