Can't boot into Windows or System Restore

Computer shut down all by itself suddenly.
When I turned turning on it would only turn in for a split second and not even post to BIOS!
Opened it up, took out BIOS battery and put it all back together.
It worked but the bios didn't even reset (lol guess I had to take it out longer?)

Now it boots, but eventually I just get stuck at a screen with 8 blue dots at the top left. I normally see this screen when booting but now it just stops at this screen.

I ran Windows startup repair and these are the results:

Someone care to help out or research for me? Thanks!

Just taking out the battery won't reset the bios. What you need to do is remove the battery, then find your BIOS jumper (or there alternatively may be a bios reset button, depending on the age of your PC)

If it's a jumper, you'll have to switch it over, plug in your PC, and power it up. This will clear and reset your BIOS. Turn off the PC, then move the jumper back. If you know what MOBO you have, I could assist you in finding the right jumper.

Aside from that, I'm stumped, that's a new one. If I get a little time later on, I'll see if I can't do a little research and help you out but as of right now I'm preparing to get some sleep.

I could have sworn ii reset it just by batter before. Anyways since it wouldn't post is the only reason I thought to reset the battery, but now that it posts and I can at least get to the system repair screen (from where the linked pictures were taken) do you think resetting bios would help/do anything?

Seems to be a Windows problem now. Also note in pictures it says how it's a driver problem, but I've not updated any drivers in a long time.

Thanks a lot for the info and help!

    E:

All fixed now, honestly no idea what the heck the problem was in the first place.
I just unplugged everything and jiggled my graphics card around (just because it says a problem with drivers :p, random I know) and now it works....
