Need help uploading my sig

So I took a shot at making my own sig using photoshop. I followed some tutorials on slicing to get my links inside the picture and everything and saved it to my computer.

What I have now is a folder with several images of my sig, and a html link that opens a window showing my sig I made which means I must have saved it correctly.

Now, where do I go from here lol, how do I get this thing on my sig, it isn't as simple as just uploading it to a host and posting the link, I am really confused haha​
