Looking for a low level with a BH hat <<31 ( Pre New BH)

Looking for a under level 31 with a bounty hunter hat, would of had to have been aquired before the bounty hunter world release, Will pay with paypal or OSRS, Rouges revenge and or Hunters honour is what im after but would take a KC hat account too
