Making bot - Would like some scripting help

I'm wanting to make an auto-eater that eats if I get below X health. I've never scripted a bot before, but I have professional training in Java and Basic, so I don't need any intro to basics or anything. I'd just like to know where to start. I plan on using Java for it, since RS is written in Java, and I'd like to have some kind of audio alert when I run out of food.
