Question about account building...

Best would be to let them create the account on their IP and then make sure they pay a decent amount before you start because they can always recover the account. Good idea though, was thinking about it before (when bots were around)

Not guna lie....1. im starting a business and im trusted so if im BUILDING an account for someone why would i recover it..?

Also, they will make the email, and register it and make the account itself. That way they have the email for it and it's even more secure.
