Help me get on the BTC?

Hi guys,

I am 100% new to cryptocurrency. I am aware BTC is the best thing to trade with and the most widely
accepted form of currency traded, as far as I know.

Can someone explain to me what to register on & how to do transactions? All I will be doing is selling
OSRS gold for BTC. There is so much to read and so many options of things to pick from I am hoping
someone can just put me on a simple "Register here, register here" and good to go sort of thing, lol.

a) Coinbase.com Internal Transaction (If you want to buy/sell for fiat and transfer to bank)
a1) Binance.com (Can't do fiat)
a2) bitfinex.com (Doesn't allow US)
b) ledger.com (Ledger nano S) External Transaction (Receive/Buy)

I would like to transfer to IRL bank to and from.
So register on the first one and I can use with my bank and wont have any limitations?
