PK question.

Sooo ive been building up my account and i think im ready for some PKing, or atleast getting used to it. Current stats are 88 str 70 att 1 def 16 prayer 70 range 55 mage.

What wep should I use?

Any tips on starting out?

 

well do you want to pk in f2p or in p2p?

 

Whip or SS. I prefer SS if you don't want the attack levels that a whip provides. If you're planning on getting 75ish attack, then use a whip.

 

A dragon scimmy. Just because +1 worlds suck, lol.

P2P.

I think ill try SS out. Sitting on like 33m. Whip ill give it a shot.

 

Don't whip until you can afford an AGS. Then you whip until 75 attack and buy yourself an AGS to pk with, it worked amazingly for my initiate. Ranged and mage are a lost cause at this point, wouldn't even bother touching them, you don't need either of them to do well.

Ending stats should be 75-99-1 and anywhere between 16-52 prayer depending on your PK style. I know smite is a godsend on my initiate, I couldn't run without it sometimes. All up to you though, prayer is a very player dependent skill.

Use an ss or whip, don't bother with ags

Ags isn't that good when you're 72 cb (in my head). Thing that makes ags good is it's accuracy and special, but when you're fighting 1-20 def all the time (which you should be considering fighting rune rangers is a bad idea) the whip/ss is good enough for accuracy and the dds is better for specials.

 

Never should have fucking went above 60 att.

 

Use an ss or try and make some money and get an ags.

 

You can also try Dragon Clawing people since it's much more enjoyabe, that's what I'd do.

 

Isnt my attack a little high though?

 

Higher attack = The more often you hit/hit higher.

Nothing wrong with D Clawing at 70 attack.

 

yeh 60 att would have been good d scim dds even dont need to spend alot of cash unless you going to get 78 attack and go dscim-vls pking would own

idk?? fcers might get hold of yu, thats the problem i had with my pure. i recommend 43-44 prey or 31 prey and 99 range or 94 magic for fcers yu know.
