Instructions:
1) Start-> Run-> type gpedit.msc ( You will see Local Computer Policy)
2) Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3) Expand the Network tab.
4) Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5) click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth
6 Check enabled
7 Change Bandwidth limit % to 0 %

click apply and then restart your pc.

your internet will be 20% faster. and believe me you will feel it.

This doesn't work with windows home edition.

Well this does work, but i wouldnt say 20 percent faster... Thats a little over.. I think it works different for everyone.

yea it makes it faster defiantly..

 

or you could setup a small home network with a router, let the routers QOS handle bandwidth, and assign yourself higher priority than other users on your network and save money by not having to pay extra fees for more internet lines to your house
