I am on NO ONES side here, (until ofcourse proof is shown) but it is true he can have UK pins when he is from Australia.

1. He could be selling for a friend since people would more trust an active member than a leecher.
2. He could merchant pins but it has its risks, if they don't work, its too late to get a refund.
3. I could be wrong and he may be a scammer, but i think its fair to except his typo UNLESS proof is shown. I would suggest using an official middle man.
